Come join us for the annual Darby Creek Watershed Cleanup. We will be at the entrance to Marlyn Park in Lansdowne at 9 am April 23, working our way up the stream then onto Resevoir Park. We’ll be picking up litter and other debris. Dress to get muddy but you don’t have to actually go into the water unless you want to. On Saturday, April 27th from 9:00 a.m. to noon, join neighbors for the annual Darby Creek Clean-up day sponsored by the Darby Creek Valley Association. Tributaries run through Resevoir and Marlyn Parks. Volunteers are needed in Marlyn and Hoffman Parks to remove trash and brush from streams which feed Darby Creek as part of cleanup sponsored by Darby Creek Valley Association. Bags, gloves and tee shirts available. Boots, wet feet and implements optional. Late arrivals and early, or late, departures are okay. Teenagers and children with parents desired.
