2013 Darby Creek Annual Cleanup Day

DCVAOn Saturday, April 27th from 9:00 a.m. to noon, join neighbors for the annual Darby Creek Clean-up day sponsored by the Darby Creek Valley Association. Tributaries run through Resevoir and Marlyn Parks. Volunteers are needed in Marlyn and Hoffman Parks to remove trash and brush from streams which feed Darby Creek as part of cleanup sponsored by Darby Creek Valley Association. Bags, gloves and tee shirts available. Boots, wet feet and implements optional. Late arrivals and early, or late, departures are okay. Teenagers and children with parents desired. 27th Annual Darby/Cobbs Creek Watershed-Wide Cleanup

On Saturday, April 30, Lansdowne volunteers will, once again, participate in the annual creek cleanup sponsored by the Darby Creek Valley Association. Gladstone area residents will remove man made materials and brush from Avery and Falls Runs in Marlyn Park, 9 – 11 a.m. Gather at entrance.
