A REMINDER
This Wednesday is Yard Waste Wednesday here in Lansdowne. Get all your bags, bins and bundles out to the curb bright and early. This is a real $$ saving borough program, so snip and yank and take advantage of it.
A PLEA
It seems that with all that crazy rain the mosquitoes have gone crazy too. Please, please take a minute to go outside and dump any standing water on your property. Sometimes the trashcan tops pool water, and the recycling bins are serious culprits. Even the smallest amount of water can be a happy breeding ground for these hungry critters. So dump it out and deny the mosquitoes the opportunity to bite us.
